Contact Center
In collaboration with the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thai Watsadu and Powerbuy have successfully employed individuals with mobility challenges for Contact Centers. To date, over 80 people with disabilities have joined the team.
Centara Hotels & Resorts
Provides job openings for individuals with hearing impairments, allowing them to take on roles such as hotel service staff, receptionists, kitchen personnel, and laundry workers.
Central Restaurants Group
Successfully integrated over 80 individuals with hearing impairments into frontline positions, where they actively engage with customers.
Athletes with Disabilities
The Central Sports Club has successfully employed 34 athletes with disabilities as part of Central Group. These remarkable individuals have had the honor of representing Thailand in prestigious international competitions, including ASEAN Para Games, Asian Para Games, and Paralympics Games.
Plastic Basket Project
In collaboration with the Association of People with Disabilities in Udon Thani. Central Group has provided funding for equipment purchases. Good Goods contributed by supporting design development and facilitating sales through its stores. This initiative has successfully extended to neighboring communities across 13 districts in Udon Thani, generating an economic value of approximately 27 million baht.
Duck Egg Farm Project in Suphanburi
This initiative creates job opportunities for individuals with disabilities through the Association for the Promotion and Development of the Potential of People with Disabilities in Nong Ya Sai. Central Group is committed to improving product quality and design while promoting sales through Tops.
Autistic Artists Promotion Project
This project supports the growth of children with special needs through art therapy, transforming their creativity into income-generating opportunities. Central Group empowers them to leverage their talents, create sustainable employment, and foster a sense of pride for themselves and their families.
Office Relaxation Massage Project
This program expands occupational opportunities by enabling individuals to utilize their skills to create jobs and earn income, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.
