(CPN), operator of Central shopping centers, has been the recipient of eleven excellence awards and recognitions from international and Thai institutions this year in marketing, human resource development, finance, project development and sustainability with its strategies to build confidence of all stakeholders and to join forces with all parties to drive the development of the country and economy, reinforcing its leadership position in Thailand’s real estate market and as an all-round sustainable organization.

Central Pattana is Thailand’s only real estate company selected for the indices, being included in DJSI World for four consecutive years and in DISI Emerging Markets for eight consecutive years.

The company has been ranked as a Green Star in management and development categories and given an A for transparency. GRESB is a globally-accepted indicator for sustainability of real estate businesses.
2021 All-Asia Executive Team Awards
Central Pattana won four of the prestigious awards, being ranked top for Best CEO, Best CFO and Best IR (Investors Relations) and ranked second for Best ESG (Environment, Social, Governance). The awards are given by US-based business media Institutional Investor.

Central Pattana currently operates 35 shopping centers (15 in the Greater Bangkok area, 19 in other provinces and one in Malaysia), and is developing new mixed-use development projects such as Central Ayutthaya (to be opened on 30 November 2021), Central Chanthaburi (to be opened in mid-2022), and Dusit Central Park in the prime “super core CBD” area in the Bangkok, which is expected to be gradually opened in 2023-2024.
